We’re currently experiencing an issue with our upstream tunnel provider.
As a result, some servers may be unreachable even though they’re running.
Your worlds and data are safe, this is a networking problem only.
Our provider is working on a fix and we’ll restore full connectivity as soon as the tunnel is stable again.
All affected customers will be covered under our downtime SLA once this is resolved.

We have set up our new DDOS service, and are now backing up all user data before introducing new hardware to our infrastructure.

ECServers will be performing a scheduled maintenance window to complete additional backend upgrades aimed at improving network performance, protection and capacity.
This maintenance includes deploying a new backend node, configuring updated WireGuard routing and integrating enhanced DDoS protection network. These upgrades will improve routing stability, reduce latency for Australian customers and provide significantly stronger protection against global network attacks.
We will also be installing and configuring RAID backup systems in our nodes, and expanding our infrastructure with more nodes.
During this maintenance window, all services will be temporarily unavailable. Active Minecraft servers will be safely shut down and saved automatically, and will be restored to their previous state once the work is complete.
No data loss is expected. All customer systems are fully backed up both locally and off-site prior to this work.
